Soothing smoothie which has strawberries, banana, flax seeds, honey and yogurt
Summer Soothing Smoothie

Yields: 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 C plain low-fat yogurt(homemade Indian curd)
1 whole, peeled banana
2 C frozen strawberries (if using fresh add some ice cubes too!)
1 T flaxseed (alsi)
½ t honey
½ t almond extract (optional)
few ice cubes
Method:
- Combine all the above ingredients in blender and pulse.
